Custom Beef Processing
* $1.05 per lb, Vacuum packed
* Minute Steaks $1.00 per lb
* Vacuum pack ground beef $.25 per lb
* Stew, Canning Meat, Fajita, Jerky, Kabobs, and Stir Fry $.65 per lb
* Tenderizing of meat not from round (Chunk Meat) $.50 per lb
* Splitting of beef more than into ½’s is $20.00 Per Split
* Hamburger patties $1.25 per lb, minimum 10 pounds per order, all patties are vacuum packaged
* Steaks less than ½ inch $1.00 per lb
* All grind-$1.10 per lb.

* $1.05 per lb, Vacuum packed
* Sausage $.75 per lb
* Vacuum packaged ground meat $.25 per lb
* Sliced side meat (pork belly) $5.00 each
* Sausage made into links $1.00 per lb
* Slice Ham or Bacon that has been further processed $1.50 per lb vac, $1.00 per lb, bulk bag
* Splitting a hog between 2 customers, $20.00 EACH customer.
