Slaughter and Hauling

* Beef $60.00 kill fee, $10.00 hauling fee 

* Pork $40.00 kill fee, $10.00 hauling fee

* Lamb/ Goat  $30.00 kill fee, $5.00 hauling fee

*Beef over 30 months additional $25.00

Custom Beef Processing

* $.69 per lb, Vacuum packed or paper wrapped

* Minute Steaks $.60 per lb

* Vacuum pack ground beef $.15 per lb

* Stew, Canning Meat, Fajita, Jerky, Kabobs, and Stir Fry $.15 per lb

* Tenderizing of meat not from round (Chunk Meat) $.15 per lb

* Splitting beef into ¼’s $15.00 Per Quarter

* Hamburger patties $.50 per lb, minimum 10 pounds per order

* Steaks less than ½ inch $.60 per lb

* $.69 per lb, Vacuum packed or paper wrapped

* Sausage $.25 per lb

* Vacuum packaged ground meat $.15 per lb

* Sliced side meat (pork belly) $5.00 each

* Sausage made into links $1.00 per lb

* Slice Ham or Bacon that has been further processed $1.50 per lb vac, $1.00 per lb, bulk bag

* Splitting a hog between 2 customers, $15.00 EACH customer.

* $85.00 Flat fee vacuum packed

* No additional charge for vacuum packed ground product

* Splitting a lamb between 2 customers, $15.00 EACH customer.
