Sausage is limited to ONE ground product per half hog. A whole hog is limited to TWO types of ground product.
Maple Sausage: Classic breakfast sausage with a bold maple flavor.
Breakfast sausage #7: A mild blend with red pepper, black pepper, and sage. This is a more mild flavor compared to the "Southern Style".
Southern Style #10: Legg's original "Southern Style" breakfast sausage with generous levels of natural spices.
Italian: A mild yet full flavored Italian sausage.
Breakfast Sausage NO SAGE #4: A breakfast sausage with no sage, instead it's seasoned with nutmeg and ginger.
Plain: Just plain ground pork, no added flavors or seasoning.
Salt and Pepper: .25% pepper added and 1% salt added to the total amount of meat.

We do not Split halves of a hog. The smallest we will cut a hog is by the half.
Splitting a hog between 2 customers is an additional $15.00 per customer.
